A Career at Pro-Vac

What is it like to work at Pro-Vac?

At Pro-Vac, we are only as good as our team. Whether it’s in the field or on the phone, every day is about being the best we can be. And that’s why we invest so much into every employee that comes on board.

From the very beginning at Pro-Vac, each new hire is given a 2-day orientation. The first day is safety – a paramount cornerstone of working with our trucks. The next day is hands-on training with the equipment in a staged environment. Then, it’s out to the field with a designated Lead Operator until the team member feels ready to work independently (after passing an assessment, of course).

Pro-Vac offers a variety of services. Each day, we are covering the Pacific Northwest with our 100+ fleet of trucks. Whether you’re hydro-excavating in Seattle or jetting a clogged sewer line in Spokane, each day is something different. Each day is a new challenge to solve – a new lesson to learn.

And if you have a question, our team atmosphere is the perfect place to have it answered – even from the very top. Because everybody that works in management came from the ground-level. They’ve grown their careers tremendously.

To quote Mike from our Sales Team: “Pro-Vac actually cares about their employees.” When you’re on our team, you have access to medical benefits, retirement benefits, and Pro-Vac will even pay for your training and certifications – so you can grow with us. Plus, our pay is well above the industry standard because we are looking for the best in the business.

If you’re looking for a great career opportunity, Pro-Vac would love to have you grow with us! Pro-Vac is constantly improving and growing. As we continue to expand our services and geography, we need high-quality individuals to join our amazing team.
